Interior Architecture Full Service

i. Schematic Design
Depending on your brief and scope, we will be responsible for developing the interior floorplan and presenting an initial schematic response to your brief. For larger projects such as new builds and renovations, this phase may also involve introductions with your Consultant Team to develop a clear scope of work and timeline for your project.

ii. Design Development
A rigorous development of the interior direction through a 3d model, assisted by preliminary 2d elevation and plan drawings. This includes the preliminary selection of materials & finishes, as well as suggested fixtures and fittings such as lighting, appliances and sanitary and select 3d renders.

ii. Documentation
Preparation of required interior documents for tender and construction. This will usually include general floorplans, finishes plans, electrical & lighting layouts, joinery documentation, and finishes, fixtures and fittings schedules. We will be guided by your Consultant Team for any additional drawings that may be required.

iv. Furniture, Art & Curation
Selections and proposed layout for the final layer of the space - furniture, art, decorative lighting and window furnishings.


vi. Procurement & Contract Administration
Ensuring all aspects of the design are translated on-site once construction commences. We ensure procurement of all Furniture, Art and Accessories are ordered on time and installed on the designated day for you to move in to your furnished home.
